The Florida Department of Education has notified the Palm Beach County School District that it will not approve it's opening plan without modifying how the students will be returning to school. Despite the district's plan to have students return in phases, the DOE has asserted that it would like all students to return to school at the same time. Superintendent Donald Fennoy has called a special meeting of the School Board to be held Wednesday, August 12th to discuss the modifications.
